Serhii Tsiupko is the founder of the Museum of Modern Art of Ukraine, candidate of Economical Sciences, patron. Born on the 4th of  October 1963 in village Galka, Romenskiy region, Sumska oblast. Graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academia, specialisation “agronomy”; Kyiv Institute of Investment Management. 1986-1993 – Ukrainian scientific-research institute, scientist. 1993 – 1998 – Kyiv Institute of Investment Management, leading specialist in investment management.

Married, has three children.

Honours: “Sign of Honour” awarded by the Kyiv City Head for  the personal contribution to the development of business and formation of market structure in Ukraine (2004); Honorary Laude 1st degree “Public Recognition” of International Charity Organisation “Fund of Public Recognition” (2002); Honorary Laude Order “for the high Proficiency” and the honorary title “Civil Ambassador of Ukraine” for long-lasting charitable trust activity for the rebirth of the spiritual nation (2006), a number of church awards.
